Peaceful and Private Retreat in the Cretan Countryside
Located in the tranquil village of Zouridi, Villa Alexios is a newly built, single-storey residence of 145 sq. m, thoughtfully designed to offer comfort, privacy and accessibility. The villa accommodates four guests in its bedrooms and up to six guests when additional sleeping arrangements are required.
The villa is ideally located for exploring some of Crete’s most beautiful beaches, from the long sandy shores of the northern coast to the unspoilt bays of southern Rethymno.

Indoor Living
Upon entering the villa, a welcoming hallway leads to two comfortable double bedrooms, both offering direct access to the pool area. The villa also features a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, specially designed for wheelchair accessibility, as well as a separate WC.
Beyond the hallway lies a bright and spacious open-plan living area, furnished with generous sofas and a 32-inch HDTV. Large glass doors connect the interior with the outdoor terrace, garden and swimming pool, allowing natural light to fill the space.
The adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen feature quality fittings and modern appliances, providing everything needed for a comfortable and enjoyable self-catering stay.

The beautifully landscaped outdoor area offers a variety of inviting spaces for swimming, dining and relaxing beneath the Cretan sun. Facilities include:
- A 40 sq. m swimming pool with a separate children’s section
- A fully equipped barbecue area
- An outdoor dining area overlooking the pool and surrounding landscape
- Furnished relaxation areas with sunbeds, umbrellas, tables and chairs
- Private parking for up to four cars
The entire outdoor area is fully enclosed and reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring complete privacy and peace throughout your stay.
Location
The villa is located in the historic settlement of Zouridi, within the Municipality of Rethymno. Set at an altitude of 254 metres, this small and peaceful village forms part of a beautiful network of traditional settlements in northwestern Rethymno, including Argiroupoli, Episkopi, Roustika and Agios Konstantinos.
Surrounded by unspoilt countryside, the villa offers a tranquil setting ideal for rest and relaxation, while shops, supermarkets, traditional tavernas, cafés and essential services remain within easy reach.
